By purchasing from Wraptors (wraptors.co.nz) you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.


1. General

Wraptors is a New Zealand-based business selling weightlifting wrist wraps. All transactions are conducted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are subject to New Zealand consumer law.

By placing an order through wraptors.co.nz you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are purchasing with the consent of a parent or guardian.


2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit and debit card (via Shopify Payments)
  • Afterpay / Laybuy (where available)
  • Any other payment methods listed at checkout

Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched. Wraptors is not responsible for delays caused by payment processing issues.


3. Pricing

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Promotional discounts and sale prices apply only during the specified promotional period and cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed outside of that period.


4. Shipping & Delivery

Wraptors ships within New Zealand only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Dispatch Times Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times Estimated delivery times following dispatch:

  • North Island: 2–4 business days
  • South Island: 3–5 business days
  • Rural addresses: may require additional time

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Wraptors is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping may be offered on orders over a specified threshold — check the website for current promotions.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.


5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our product - wrist wraps designed for direct contact with the skin during exercise - we do not accept returns or exchanges on change-of-mind purchases. All sales are final unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Products If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [insert email] with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the fault or damage
  • Photos of the faulty or damaged product

Once your claim is assessed and approved, we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

  • Replacement product dispatched at no cost to you
  • Store credit to the value of the faulty item
  • Full or partial refund to your original payment method

Return Shipping If a return of the faulty product is required, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as Wraptors is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of the faulty product being received and assessed by our team. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or worn
  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

6. Product Warranty

Wraptors offers a 6-month warranty on all structural defects and manufacturing faults from the date of purchase. This covers:

  • Stitching failures not caused by misuse or excessive wear
  • Material defects present on arrival

The warranty does not cover:

  • General wear and tear from regular training use
  • Damage caused by improper use, washing, or storage
  • Fading or discolouration from normal use

To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We reserve the right to assess each claim individually and determine whether a remedy is appropriate.


7. Intellectual Property

All content on wraptors.co.nz — including but not limited to the Wraptors name, logo, product images, copy, and brand assets is the intellectual property of Wraptors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.


8. Privacy

Wraptors collects personal information (name, email, shipping address, payment details) solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except where required to fulfil your order (e.g. courier services) or where required by law.

By placing an order you consent to receiving transactional emails related to your purchase. You may also opt in to marketing communications at checkout — you can unsubscribe at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

Wraptors wrist wraps are designed as a supportive training accessory. They are not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wraptors is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or misuse of our products. If you have a pre-existing wrist injury or medical condition, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before use.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.


10. Changes to These Terms

Wraptors reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on wraptors.co.nz with an updated date. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
